2011 MVC Fall Registration

Mission Valley Cougars Football & Cheer is currently accepting football registration for 2011 Fall Season.

Registration Dates and location:

All registrations will be held as follows:

  • May 24th to June 9th: Tues- Thurs @ Newark Silliman Center (Baseball Field)
    6800 Mowry Ave., Newark CA from 5:30pm-7:30pm
  • Sat., June 18th:  Kennedy Park 1333 Decoto Rd, Union City CA from 11am-4pm
  • Sat., June 25th: Mt Mike’s Pizza 5333 Thornton Ave Newark CA from 11:30-3pm
  • Sat., July 9th: Mt Mike’s Pizza 5333 Thornton Ave Newark CA from 11:30-3pm
  • Sat., July 16th: Mt Mike’s Pizza 5333 Thornton Ave Newark CA from 11:30-3pm
  • Sat., July 23rd: Mt Mike’s Pizza 5333 Thornton Ave Newark CA from 11:30-3pm

  First day of practice will be Monday, August 1st

FOOTBALL PLAYERS

Returning Fall Players and Returning Spring Players can received an EARLY BIRD “FALL” REGISTRATION SPECIAL of $200, if you register by Saturday, July 9th. Thereafter, registration will be $250. You can pay ½ down now and pay the balance on/before the 1st day of practice to secure your participants spot!

Football Fees includes the following:

  • Football Registration & League Fees
  • Brand “NEW” Game Jersey (with player’s name imprinted on back to keep)
  • Equipment Rental (Helmets, Shoulder Pads & Game Bag)

There will be an additional cost to purchase new practice jersey, practice pants, game pants, socks, conditioning t-shirt & shorts.  All items will be yours to keep. Estimated cost $80

CHEERLEADERS

Returning Fall Cheerleaders and Returning Spring Cheerleaders can received an EARLY BIRD “FALL” REGISTRATION SPECIAL of $175, if you register by Saturday, July 9th. Thereafter, registration will be $200. You can pay ½ down now and pay them balance on/before the 1st day of practice to secure your participants spot!

*Cheer Fees includes the following:

  • Cheer Registration & League Fees
  • Cheer Camp

*(Cheer fees do not include cheer uniform and competition fees)


It's MANDATORY that you bring the following to register your child:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Report Card

You will be required at the time of registration to fill out and complete the
following forms:

You will further be required to provide the following by July 25th:

  • Medical Clearance Form
  • Consent for Emergency Medical Treatment, and Information
  • Waiver Release of Liability Form
  • Image Release Form
