All cheer ages are as of August 1st of the current year.

There are no try-outs! We sign-up to 36 cheerleaders on each squad. If you sign-up, you make the team. There are no cuts.

We are dedicated to providing every cheerleader with the opportunity to participate and progress, regardless of their athletic ability.  Here are the division levels:

• Starts: Ages 5, 6, 7 and 8 year olds
• Rookies: Ages 9, 10 & 11 year olds
• Junior Varsity: Ages 11, 12, & 13 year olds
• Varsity: 13, 14, and 15 year olds

Cheer uniform package is estimated at $250 per participant for new cheerleaders

Package will consist of:

• Uniform (shell & skirt)
• Sweats (top & bottom)
• Socks (1 pair)
• Poms (1 pair)
• Spankies
• Underliner
• Hair Tie
• Duffel Bag
• 1 Set of Practice Wear
• 1 set of tennis shoes

Fundraiser are available to assist with out-of-pocket cost. Ask about it at registration

• June 25th - #1 Uniform Fitting Day
• July 16th - Last Day for cheer sign-ups
• Jul 30th - MVC Mandatory Parent & Staff Meeting
• Jul 30th & 31st – Jamz Cheer Camp, Cal State East Bay, Hayward CA
• Aug 6th - Final Uniform Fitting Day
• August 1st - Registration Balance Due
• August 1st - First Day of Practice
• Sep 10th - Certification & Jamboree
• TBA - Cheer Competition
